The Big Event!!

Saturday the Associated Students at Rio Rancho High School preformed acts of service for the community. We were priviledged to have 4 students come to our house and help us.

They pruned our bushes.

They painted our sheds.

They weeded and shoveled rock in our driveway.

What a wonderful experience we all had. And we were honored to be around such marvelous youth!! Thank you Angela, Brandon, Austin and Karly. We are ever grateful.

Praying Mantis

We went to Josh and Chrisy's house to say goodby. While in the house we heard a scream from the porch. We ran out and saw a Praying Mantis climbing up Skyler's arm. He was crying and saying, "He was on my neck!" Oh I was excited because this is my favorite bug. I quickly took him off Sky's arm and explained what a great bug he was and wasn't he Interesting. When Skyler calmed down and took a good look at him they became INSTANT FRIENDS!!
